What to do if you cannot see your Tour on Streetview after you have uploaded it ?

If you go to to the StreetView manage page you will see the live status of the Tour that has been published.

If it is red that means we have correctly sent all the required details to the Google streetview system, keep in mind that Google has to update things on their end and their API is regularly unresponsive and unreliable. If there are massive outages or bugs you can find them on the Google Issue tracker here

If you do not see any pending bugs etc then you can try republishing the tour again just unpublish and re-publish it back using the Upload to Streetview button.

We have noticed that depending on geographies and standards followed by the photographer the time is variable it takes from 24hrs upto 2 weeks for tours to publish.

If the tour is not showing up on the third week send us an email with the following information to (help@teliportme.com) .

  • Email id of the account

  • CID of the Business that you are publishing the tour to.

  • Tour ID ( see image below )

  • Date of first publish
