How to setup Analytics for your tours

Using analytics, you can make more informed decisions about content placement and navigation, leading to improved performance and better outcomes for your virtual tour.

While every TeliportMe user is free to integrate their Google tag ID with the platform, Google Analytics (GA4) does not capture all user clicks. With more internet users turning to other search engines, ad blockers,VPNs and governments heavily regulating cookies and trackers via GDPR, the only way to capture all visitor data is to use an integrated third party analytics platform.

If you would like to  link your Google Analytics with TeliportMe, follow the step-by-step instructions below:

Step 1: Log in to your TeliportMe account.

Step 2: Click your username.


Step 2: Click “Settings.”

Step 3: Click “Analytics.”


Step 5: Enter your Google tag ID in the field.

*To find your Google tag ID, you will need to log in to your Google Analytics Account. If you need help locating it, we recommend this help article.


Step 6: Click “Save.”


Step 7: To access your analytics data, click “View Analytics.”

*It takes 24-48 hours to collect data. If your data does not appear after 48 hours, contact us at help@teliportme.com
