Unlimited free trial means you can use ALL the features of the product for free for as long as you want except be able to publish the tour publically, this means you can as much time as you need to test all features before you purchase.
Here are some simple rules for our subscriptions.
All Subscriptions have an Unlimited free trial and we do not even ask for a card to test out all the features. Test all the features for free for as long as you wish.
Once you have activated your subscription you can cancel the subscription at any time BUT you will be charged for the entire duration that you have paid for.
For eg. If you purchased the annual subscription on the 2nd Jan 2019 and you cancel it on the 2nd of Feb 2019; you will still pay for the annual subscription and you will have access to all the relevant features till the 1st Jan 2020.
the advantage of an unlimited trial is that you can experience the full product without having to spend a single dollar, this means when you activate the subscription no refunds will be entertained.
To cancel your subscription, all you have to do is login to your account and you will find the cancel subscription button inside the settings page.
Every subscription will be auo-renewed on the day of subscription renewal; for eg. if your subscription end of 14th Jan 2020 , it will be automatically renewed for the next period on 14th January unless you have cancelled it prior.
When your subscription is cancelled or the payment is not done, the tours all become private. This means they cannot be viewed publicly. You will still have access to your tours and you can edit it as much as you need but it will not be visible.
If you forget to cancel your subscription on time; your card will be automatically charged through our payment processor - stripe.com . This is how every subscription service works, we do not send any seperate notification before we renew your subscription.
We offer refunds on a case by case basis; so if you feel like you need a refund for any specific reason please email us at help@teliportme.com and we can work with you for initiating a refund.
